Reservation/Deposit/Balance
Payment
Reservation should be made through BOUSTEAD
TRAVEL SERVICES at least 14 working days
in advance.
A minimum deposit of RM500 per person is
required upon request for booking. Balance
or full payment must be made 14 days prior
to departure. Failure to comply may result
in an automatic cancellation of your reservation
and forfeiture of your deposit. Full payment
must be received if reservations are made
within 7days prior to departure.
Amendment
Charges
Any amendment made after payment of deposit
or issuance of documents, will be subjected
to an amendment fee of RM50 per person per
amendment, plus any other applicable cancellations
fees as imposed by our Tour operators or
hotels, and such fees are due immediately
when the amendment request is made. No amendment
will be accepted within 10 days before the
date of departure, and no change may be
made after travel has commenced. A change
on the entire booking is considered as a
cancellation, and is subject to cancellation
charges.
Cancellation
Charges
Cancellation must be made in writing to
avoid any misunderstanding. If your cancellation
is received more than 30days prior to departure,
an administrative fee of RM50 per person
will be levied. If your cancellation is
received less than 30days prior to departure,
the following cancellation charges will
apply:

Forfeit of the deposit
- Between 7 and 14 days prior to departure
30% of the tour price
- Between 1 and 6 days prior to departure
50% of the tour price
- On departure date 100% of the tour price
Travel Documents
It is the passenger’s responsibility
to ensure their travel documents and necessary
visa are in order. As a guide, you must
have an International Passport or other
recognized travel documents which should
be valid for at least six months from the
date of departure from the last destination
of your itinerary. You must have the necessary
visas, vaccinations and health certificates
as required by the various Government authorities
of the countries to be visited. The Company
will wherever possible assist you to obtain
the necessary visas. Service charges and
visa fees levied will be from passenger’s
accounts. The company cannot, however, guarantee
the approval of your visa application. If
for any reason, your application for visa
or necessary exit permit is rejected, a
full refund of all money paid will be made
if the result of the rejection is made known
to the company at least 30days prior to
departure date. If less than 30 days’
notice is given, the relevant cancellation
charges as per Item #3 will apply. The company
cannot be held responsibility or liable
for any expenses, reimbursement or refund
of tour prices if any passenger is refused
entry by any country on the tour whatsoever
reasons, including lack of necessary visas.
Cancellation
of Tour by Company
The company reserves the right to cancel
the tour due to insufficient passengers’
or uncontrollable factors that do not allow
the conduct of a safe tour or the delivery
of services as described in the itinerary,
including the acts of God, wars, transportation
or other strikes, civil strikes and orders
from the Government of Malaysia and/or other
countries. The company and /or associated
agents reserve the right to alter or modify
with or without prior notice the itineraries,
travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
in anyway necessary, due to circumstances
over which the operators have no control.
Tour Information
& Prices
Prices shown are current at the time of
publication. The prices are subject to change
due to increases in airfares, transportation
costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government
taxes, etc and therefore the company reserves
the right to increase prices accordingly
without notice.
The company covenants the following to
be included in the tour fare:
- Return economy class air ticket
- Hotel accommodation based on half twin
sharing for adults. Child fare is based
on child as a third person in a twin room
of two adults. (For those without a sharing
partner, single room surcharge applies.
For a group of three persons, accommodation
is based on a triple sharing basis).
- All meals, sightseeing tours and transfers
are based on seat in coach basis
- Person traveling alone must pay the
single supplement charge.
Refund of
Unused Services
No refunds can be made in respect of accommodation,
meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any
other services which are included in the
tour fares but not utilized by the tour
member.
Insurance
We strongly recommend all tour participants
purchase travel insurance for trip cancellations,
hospitalization, medical and loss of baggage,
etc. Medical and hospitalization charges
abroad can be very expensive.
Responsibility
The company and its associated agents act
only as agents for the passengers and the
transportation companies, accommodation
companies, entertainment and meals suppliers
and other principals involved in this tour.
All tickets, vouchers and documents are
issued subject to the terms and conditions
and contracts under which such transportation
and other services are provided. The company
and its agents and representatives are not
responsible and expressly disclaim any liability
for any injury, illness, damage, loss, delay,
accident or irregularities that may caused
to person or property and all bookings are
subject to the usual terms and conditions
and contract of the owner or operator of
the services involved.
